Our local delivery area is the city of Delaware Ohio in the 43015 zip code area. Orders placed before 11 a.m. for local addresses will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be delivered the following business day. We do not Deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
We ship nationwide via UPS or USPS. Deliveries for addresses outside Delaware City limits, and north of I70, will be charged a $7.50 fee per address. Anything south of I70 will be shipped or an additional $2.50 will be added to the delivery fee. Orders placed before 11 a.m. will go out the same day Orders placed after 11 a.m. will go out the following business day. Please refer to the map to the right to determine shipping times.
We charge only what the carrier requires to send your gift, plus $1.50 handling fee. Charges are based on the area your gift is being delivered as well as size and weight. The average cost to ship one gift basket runs around $7 - $9.
Note: Our carriers do not guarantee ground shipments that are picked up or scheduled to be delivered between December 12 and December 25. There are penalty fees for any incorrect addresses for deliveries during that time.

We think you will love your Simple Indulgences gift basket. However, if you are unhappy for any reason with the gift, please call to get a return authorization, within 7 days of receipt. The gift must either be unopened, or if opened, the individual components must be sealed and in sellable condition. We will promptly exchange or refund your money, less shipping charges.
